Tomoko Hanamoto is an illustrator who works on a wide range of visuals, including fashion magazines and advertisements. Focusing on her paper cutting works, which are the core of
her artistic expression, new works and popular works from the past will be exhibited and sold together. During the exhibition, there will also be a production demonstration where
you can see up close the moment a work is born. It will be a special experience, just like choosing your favorite flower.

1. 素材から作り上げる造形美 - creat from raw materials
作品制作の工程は、まず素材となる紙そのものを作り上げるところから。
自ら色を塗り模様を描いたオリジナルの紙を、洗練されたフォルムでカットアウト。それらを配色や形にこだわって再構築し、光と影を纏った立体的な作品が生まれます。
The process of creating her works begins with creating the paper itself, which is the material she uses.
She then colors and patterns the original paper herself, cutting it out into sophisticated shapes.
She then reconstructs these with her unique sense of color, creating three-dimensional works that are enveloped in light and shadow.

会場には春の訪れを感じさせる色鮮やかな新作の切り絵作品約50点が並びます。花市場でお気に入りの花を１本選ぶように、世界にひとつだけの作品との出会いを楽しんでいただけたら。
そんな願いを込められた作品は、すべてその場でお求めいただける即売形式です。
